Every $2 Donation Makes a Difference

We’ve partnered with The Home Depot Canada Foundation to help raise funds for Choices for Youth!

Did You Know?

The Home Depot Canada Foundation is committed to preventing and helping to end youth homelessness, pledging to invest $50 million by 2022. Together this support works to break cycles of inequity and enable youth facing homelessness to achieve positive development outcomes and realize their full potential.

Home Depot Canada Supporting Non-Profit Organizations

The Home Depot’s national fundraising campaign is one of its many components. From now until August 1st, customers at The Home Depot can make a donation online or in-store in support of a local youth-focused housing charity.

All funds raised at The Kelsey Drive Home Depot store during the campaign will support Choices for Youth! CFY operates on a housing first philosophy, providing young people with supportive housing while gaining access to programs and services, such as education and employment, to reach their version of success. Partnering with The Orange Door Project allows CFY to continue to provide safe and accessible resources to young people aged 16-29, and continuing our goal of serving the gaps that young people often face.

Home Depot team members have been great supporters of CFY!

Watch the short video below to learn about The Orange Door Project. Thanks to our partners at The Home Depot for their help and support, including the incredible Home Depot staff who are spreading our message to their customers. This is just one way that we support young people get access to services and programs that better support their goals.
